The Venance Care Foundation operational budget is currently falling short by 80%, which is leading towards a potential collapse of the school. This would leave teachers unpaid and students without access to education. We're establishing an 8 acre farm with a reliable water source in Ndruma, Tanzania. Our long-term aspiration is to construct a larger school that provides access to English speaking education.

Our approach to solving the problem is to construct a waterwell (complete with pump, holding tank and irrigation system) to allow increased number of harvests per year; and to implement ground crop farming to generate income that offsets the operating costs and provides nourishment.
This project will be financially supported from proceeds generated by successful duck farming. The goal is to makes sure a % of the revenue generated goes three-ways
